Josie Lahey is a Partner based in Australia who plays a key leadership role in our wider APAC team. Fifteen years with Elevate Talent, Josie was previously based in our London Headquarters leading the firms’ Consumer practice which allowed her to build an impressive global network across converging industries. A local and global market expert, Josie advises clients and leads C-suite level searches, multi-role projects and broader advisory work for the Sport, Consumer, and Entertainment industries.
Josie provides the highest level of client service and duty of care to her network and uses her experience to provide talent solutions and value creation for her clients. Diligent, focused, and approachable with specialist knowledge, Josie has a credible reputation and cares deeply about people and delivering the best possible outcomes.
Josie has qualifications in Sports Management & Marketing. She returned home to Australia in 2013 to establish Elevate Talent’s Melbourne & Adelaide operations.
