  • PE firm Clearlake Capital Group acquired a majority ownership position in Discovery Education from Francisco Partners with plans to accelerate growth by acquiring other like-minded companies that complement their portfolio while continuing to grow organically by winning new customers and deepening platform distribution.

  • Discovery Education is a market leader with a disruptive product line that has grown 30% annually for the past three years. This high-growth company needed a Chief Revenue Officer able to define go-to-market strategy and lead an experienced team to grow market penetration with a focus on rapid M&A to build the product portfolio.
